Family Hubs

There are a number of Best Start Family Hubs across Plymouth. These hubs offer a whole suite of services for families with children aged 0–19 (or up to 25 for young people with SEND). They bring together a wide range of support in a single, accessible place. Family Hubs have a skilled workforce who can support families in areas such as parenting, child development, infant feeding, emotional wellbeing, SEND, relationships, behaviour and school readiness. They also act as connectors, helping families navigate and access the many specialist organisations and support services available across the city when more targeted or specialist help is needed.
